Decision to come to Mozilla Firefox 2 days before Indonesia Independence Day I found it was actually not a bad one. Especially when I know the representative who will be the speaker for today's meeting was kind of a cute guy. Hahaha. You will found out later on, ok.
I am actually not really interested in this event if its not just because of the locations were quite familiar since I went to college there many years ago. So, I try to register to BRID admin who gave this information and succeeded got a seat. Should we cheer on it?
The event itself talking about the Mozilla product called Webmaker for android user, at least for now. In Jakarta Digital Valley located in Menara Multimedia, Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat. William as The Global Community Manager briefly introducing history of Webmaker to blogger, students, and other guests right after introducing himself. Oh, yeah, since Will spoke in front of Indonesian, so he needs Ina (mozillian) as translator who, of course translated his word in a very simple way.

Will said, this apps is a simple tools with maximum designed since you can make not only writings, videos, pictures and upload it separately but you can make it in one page. I think its kind similar to instagram or pictsart since both of apps also allow us to input such things.
If you already an android user, you can download Webmaker from your playstore for free and experienced yourself of using this new mozilla product. Since I can not installed it at that time because of my maximum memory, so I can not tell you how well Webmaker works.
But, the good news was, I know how to make it since mozillian or mozilla representative from Indonesia makes us in groups in order to create a project using Webmaker with Indonesia Independence Day as the theme. Most of us took how to win competion in 17an in a tricky way. Hahaha. Me myself placed in group 8 with Satria Loka as the leader who did the presentation of project we made before using Webmaker. Since it still Beta, I think Mozilla still got so many homeworks to make it better in the future. From what I experienced, the more (bigger) you upload, the slower it will respond. And there was a chance we I got lost from using it with another blogger since its a new stuff for me. But the more we used it the more we will get used to it.
Last but not least, Will and Rara chose a group as the best webmaker project with big sale as their main content. Whoever who wants to join the same event can find the information on their website or twitter (google it please). Its a great event even without doorprize, live tweets, etc.
If you can participate in making a good and creative web, why only be a consumer?
